Will my designs appear in search engines?
We have optimized cabnetz to encourage Google and other search engines to index your designs and include them in search results.

Will the designs link to me?
Yes! Each design you add has a prominent link to your website or social – sending people directly to you. It is also understood that links can improve your search ranking.
Why should I add new designs regularly?
Because the most recently added designs appear first. So add each new design you create. Over time, you’ll build up a large library of designs, each of which point back to you and your business.
I can add designs that are not completed?
Yes, of course. Some of the greatest designs are unrealized. There is even a category of architecture called unbuilt. Show all your work on cabnetz.
It goes live instantly?
Yes, we are not curating the designs, just moderating. By that we mean: We do not review the designs. As soon as you hit ‘ADD’, the design goes live on the site. On the other hand, we will remove anything we determine is inappropriate. See our Terms.
What should be in the description?
Here are some suggestions to get you thinking: What problems did you solve? What did the client ask for, and what did you deliver? What do you love about it? Hate? Whatever interests you will likely interest others. Make sure to include materials, manufacturers, and finishes. If you need to credit someone, this is the place to do it.

Can designs include renders only, with no pictures?
Of course. There are no requirements you include pictures.
What about plans?
Yes, good idea. Floor plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, renders… anything that helps the viewer understand your design. If in PDF form, you will need to convert into image files. There are many file converters available online.
How are the designs ordered?
By most recently added. Visitors are also able to search designs. For example, searching for white will display designs including white in the title or description, ordered by most recently added. Over time we will add means to surface designs based on different parameters.
Can I edit or delete designs I have added?
Yes. Login with the username and password used to add the designs, and go to the EDIT page. All the designs you have added will appear, each with an Edit button, the clicking of which will result in a page allowing you to make changes to or delete the design.
How do I alert you to what I consider is inappropriate content?
