You acknowledge and agree we will not pay you a fee of any kind for the content you submit to us. 

You acknowledge we have the right to edit, adapt and make changes to any content you submit to us without your prior approval, such as correcting spelling or grammar errors, conforming to our style, cropping or enhancing images or videos, or any other changes we deem necessary.

You acknowledge we have the right to not use or publish any or all of the content you submit to us, and that we have the right to remove or stop using any content you submit to us, at any time.

You legally warrant the content you submit to us does not infringe the rights of any third parties (including but not limited to trademarks and copyrights), and in no way violates the law. You have full authority to license all property rights of the submitted content.
